摘要: Many applied studies of the structure urban housing systems involve considerable imprecision in terms identification sub-market boundaries. This is often a function reliance on prior knowledge, particularly potential spatial divisions within systems. paper introduces an application multi-level hedonic model as tool to identify sub-markets, and method identifying temporal change system.
