摘要: Rapid research progress during the past decade has led to isolation and characterization of many apparently distinct forms cytochrome P-450 shown that inducers, substrates, inhibitors this versatile enzyme are almost unlimited in number. Only 3 years, however, have complete primary structures become known through protein DNA sequencing, thus providing firm evidence these cytochromes gene products. This chapter is concerned with comparative as revealed by general properties well partial or sequence information on about 30 such proteins.
