摘要: Translation is usually understood as the practice of rendering a text written in one language into another, process that also requires taking consideration cultural similarities and differences entrenched each language. In this chapter set European folktales, referred to collectively tale “The Bear’s Son,” are analysed, focusing on way interpretative framework utilised by storytellers their audiences has changed over time.
