摘要: The Escherichia coli P fimbriae F71, F72, F9, and F11 from four cloned strains were purified, polyclonal antisera raised in rabbits. Cross-reactions of these with eight different purified measured an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. These showed a reaction the homologous also most heterologous fimbriae. Monoclonal antibodies (MAbs) directed against same native produced by fusion spleen cells immunized BALB/c mice SP2/0 myeloma cells. resulting series MAbs screened assay Four F71 hybridomas which recognized only epitopes on Two F72 F9 fimbriae, whereas another MAb epitope Three reacted Six could be divided into two groups: one hand recognizing F11, pyelonephritis-associated pilus, Pap, other "Clegg" None 1A or 1C In hemagglutination inhibition it was shown that none inhibited adhesive properties strains.
