摘要: Recent trends in power systems have favored the electrification of residential heating and transportation by means modern partially flexible loads. Furthermore, environmental concerns promoted notion distributed generation, thus increasing its penetration low voltage distribution grids. These technological advancements changed nature conventional demand supply; nonetheless, grid has remained same on grounds that network modifications are considerably more complex expensive than individual load/generation changes. It is evident, radically changing energy flow grids, several complications bound to emerge like, for instance, capacity adequacy limitations, quality issues, reverse flows etc. One Distribution System Operator options manage these proceed advanced metering control infrastructure investments. investments will transform networks into “smarter” which facilitate return financial reliability benefits electricity consumers. The theoretical idea modernising so as cope with load generation changes indeed innovative; nevertheless, implementation is, up day, impaired many practical difficulties. In this Ph.D. study, four issues detected, elaborated consequently solved dedicated and/or models. involve lack generic forecasts, need estimation techniques from smart meter measurements, deficiencies online observability, and, finally, market compatible algorithms treat consumer flexibility a fair manner. modules aid understanding grid’s distribution, forecast it, identify any upcoming problems, estimate available alleviate them, eventually, schedule accordingly. Regarding first topic, say forecasting, simple, generic, automated forecasting technique based machine learning principles
