摘要: Physicochemical properties of lipid from R. opacus PD630 were studied along with positional distribution triacylglycerol fatty acids and thermal the oil. Results showed that saturated (SFA) contribute a large portion (51.50 ± 0.49%) total acids. A high proportion an odd number carbon atoms (32.08 0.39%) also detected. The was in red yellow colour parameters contained level unsaponifiable matter. It oxidatively stable had good quality based on its moisture volatile content, peroxide value, p-anisidine TOTOX conjugated diene triene values, free acid values. SFA (70.56 1.95%) enriched at sn-2 position against sn-1,3 while unsaturated predominantly found position. melting crystallization PD630occurredover temperature range -7.45°C to 32.37°C 17.62°C -19.93°C respectively, due degree saturation. Lipids decomposed four stages during programmed heating, comprising decomposition matter, monounsaturated (MUFA) degradation, followed by MUFA degradation products. Based data, can be considered as oil is thermally stable.
