摘要: Hypocretin-1 is involved in the regulation of sleep-wake cycle. The authors prospectively assessed CSF hypocretin-1 levels 44 consecutive patients with acute traumatic brain injury (TBI). Compared controls, were abnormally lower 95% moderate to severe TBI and 97% posttraumatic CT changes. deficiency after may reflect hypothalamic damage be linked frequent development disorders.
