摘要: The present invention concerns a process for the production of an enzymatic cocktail by submerged culture with cellulolytic microorganism, comprising two phases: phase a) growth said microorganism in presence at least one carbonaceous substrate closed reactor, being carried out concentration range 10 to 90 g/L; b) cocktail, which inducer is supplied, solid residue obtained from step hydrolysis lignocellulosic materials have undergone pre-treatment step, 150 400 g/L.
