摘要: Congenital chylous ascites is a rare condition seen in the neonatal period and data on pathogenesis treatment modalities are limited. In this article, we report case of neonate with review therapeutic management procedures childhood. We present our experience diagnosis condition. Conclusion: Medium-chain triglycerides (MCT)-based diet can be tried as first option treatment. resistant or unresponsive cases, somatostatin along TPN have use closing lymphatic leakage relieving symptoms effectively rapidly. Conventional regimens including enteral feeding MCT-based formula then re-administered maintenance after reduction lymph flow total parenteral nutrition (TPN) infusion combination. Patient-specific approach should attempted for caused by various disorders started soon possible.
