摘要: There are two main aims to the scientific research underlying production of powdered milk (formulas) destined for feeding infants who not breast-fed: make such formulas as similar possible breast milk, and obviate against increasingly frequent phenomena intollerance cow’s generally used a substitute milk. Biotechnological techniques thought have useful application above all in hypoallergenic milks.
