摘要: The wing rock problem is generally well known, but the high sensitivity of to variations in flow conditions and scale effects may not be as understood. This paper discusses viscous mechanisms that have been identified conventional high-performance airplane types. question addressed whether encountered full-scale flight can observed at subscale conditions, vice versa. It shown different unsteady forces are often play corresponding regimes. When interactions govern phenomena, predictions based on dynamic tests necessarily account for full complexity such interactions.
