摘要: A single crystal of has been doped with by ion implantation. The time differential perturbed-angular-correlation technique applied to obtain information on the electric field gradients at impurity. This impurity results from -decay implanted ions. Measurements were carried out different temperatures and orientations. directions principal axes gradient in relation deduced. are compared those similar experiments using as same material, quadrupole interactions .
