摘要: Abstract Graphite-oxide based field-effect transistors (FETs) were fabricated and used as glucose sensors. Herein, graphite-oxide was assembled between two electrical electrodes. The sensitivity of the sensor has been enhanced by adding copper (Cu) silver (Ag) nanoparticles. nanoparticles produced sputtering inert-gas condensation inside an ultra-high compatible system, self-assembled on graphite-oxide. increased order magnitude when added, while low concentration could be detected more sensitively each FET studied at different concentrations non-enzymatic for potential use in medical industrial applications.
