摘要: Until recently the assessment of alteration in myocardial metabolism man early after an abrupt occlusion a major coronary artery has not been feasible. PTCA however, now provides unique opportunity to study time course these metabolic changes during transient interruption flow by balloon sequence patients with single-vessel disease and without angiographically demonstrable collateral circulation (1, 2).
