Factors Affecting the Belongingness Sense of Undergraduate Nursing Students towards Clinical Setting: A Qualitative Study.

摘要: Introduction: One of the most important needs students to work reliably in clinical setting is feeling belongingness. Understanding and recognizing such a distinguishing feature among can reduce their stress tension. The current research aimed at studying experiences belongingness nursing settings. Methods: In this conventional content analysis study, 12 were selected from Lorestan University Medical Sciences by purposive method. In-depth interviews employed collect data. All recorded transcribed for analyses. Data collection carried out same time. Results: nature with respect was expressed classified five themes 11 subthemes. Five concepts (themes), which constituted students' experiences, as follows: moving direction evolvement, attention human ethical values, professional integrity, achieving inner satisfaction, environment conformity learner. Conclusion: issue its promotion are utmost importance. staff, including head nurses nurses, must perform roles properly providing supportive facilitative environment, positive constructive interactions, development contexts students, so that they feel being accepted valued.
