摘要: We investigate the effect of 'high-pass filter' data reduction technique on Herschel PACS PSF and noise maps at 70, 100 160 um bands in medium fast scan speeds. This branch Photometer pipeline is most used for cosmological observations point-source observations. The calibration flux loss due to median removal applied by (high-pass filter) done via dedicated simulations obtained 'polluting' real timelines with fake sources different levels. The parameter settings final map using selected blank fields high redundancy. show that running can cause significant losses any level. analyse advantages disadvantages several masking strategies suggest a mask based putting circular patches prior positions best solution reduce amount loss. provide large range parameters, as function source flux. also that, stacking analysis, impact high-pass filtering significantly clustering effect. analysis global components shows dominant determining filter width. simple fitting functions build error from coverage estimate cross-correlation correction factor representative portion space.
