摘要: To take advantage of the synergistic effects Pt and Zr, a kind Zr-doped, Pt-modified aluminide coating has been prepared by hybrid process, first electroplating layer then co-depositing Zr Al elements an above-the-pack process. The microstructure isothermal oxidation behavior studied, using as reference. Results showed that was primarily composed β-(Ni,Pt)Al phase, with small amounts PtAl2- Zr-rich phases dispersed in it. addition diminished voids on surface since could hinder growth β-NiAl grains. It also helped to increase spalling resistance oxide scale reduce rate, which made possess better than reference at temperature 1100 °C.
