摘要: Abstract Since 2009, an anarchic policy has been followed by the investors regarding submission of a large number applications in Greece for construction electricity production projects from Renewable Energy Sources (R.E.S.). Applications and licenses without any strategic design, usually extremely size relatively small insular territories, often violating several environmental or cultural constraints defined relevant legislation. that have submitted informing local communities, neglecting existing industrial, agricultural domestic activities, land properties and, consequently, provoking common sense reverting generally positive attribute about R.E.S., recorded before 2008. These exhibit low maturity, characterized violation constraints, disapproval inadequacy to procure required lack R.E.S. potential measurements. Ultimately, they very probabilities be implemented. Furthermore, all these premature cover geographical preventing thus other mature more realistic applying licensing. Consequently, licenses, instead promoting development Greece, continue keep it steady. This article aims at investigation causes resulted above described negative reality. Potential deficiencies legislative framework are analyzed. Some characteristic examples issued presented their technical economic feasibility is evaluated. Finally, proposes measures rational Greece. aim combine maximization with protection communities. support participation public organizations projects. perspective will maximize social benefits
