摘要: Molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) with Nα-protected amino acid as the print molecule was prepared and used stationary phase for chromatographic study of molecular recognition. Particles MIP were by photopolymerization 4-vinylpyridine in presence tert-butyloxycarbonyl-L-tyrosine (Boc-L-Tyr) packed into a column resolution Boc-L-Tyr tert-butyloxycarbonyl-L-phenylalanine (Boc-L-Phe). These two acids that differ from each other side chain one hydroxyl group on benzene ring could be well separated MIP. A separation factor about achieved using mixture acetonitrile (99.5 v/v %) acetic (0.5 mobile phase. Results suggest interaction between pyridine dominated selective adsorption © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Appl Polym Sci,
