摘要: Although somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT) is frequently employed to produce cloned animals in laboratories, this technique expensive and inefficient. Therefore, the handmade cloning (HMC) has been suggested simplify advance process, however, HMC wastes many oocytes leads mitochondrial heteroplasmy. To solve these problems, we propose a modified (mHMC) that uses simple laboratory equipment, i.e., Pasteur pipette an alcohol lamp, applying it porcine embryo cloning. validate application of mHMC pig cloning, embryos produced through SCNT are compared using multiple methods, such as enucleation efficiency, oxidative stress, developmental competence, gene expression. The results show no significant differences between techniques except efficiency. 8-cell 16-cell competence Oct4 expression levels exhibit differences. However, blastocyst rate not significantly different SCNT. This study verifies derived from two similar generation competence. Thus, suggest could replace for simpler cheaper
