摘要: Genetic engineering is considered as background for crop protection against pest damage by adding new genes inside the grains. Rice, like other cereals included in gene experiments. The questions about possible transfer related to food safety appear. It important find any additional or fragments animal tissues after consumption of genetically modified (GM) food. Therefore, this study, remaining CryIA(b) and P35 were assessed liver rats fed with GM rice. This work presents an experimental study intervention rice feeding Sprague Dawley rats. Overall, 20 male female SD pellets made 50% needed carbohydrate 90 days. Then, sampling was done from liver. DNA extraction based on protocol. quality quantity extracted agarose gel electrophoresis spectrophotometry, respectively. Detection residues, including CryIA(b), P35, T35 Polymerase Chain Reaction using specific primer pairs. results analyzed alongside 50 bp ladder. compared ones control groups standard pellet non-modified All amplification tests triplicates. Analysis showed no residues tissue. significant difference presence transgenic cryIA(b), T35, tissue between experiment groups. rejects possibility settle model studied.
