摘要: In this paper investigations of the voltage required to break down water vapor are reported for region around Paschen minimum and left it. spite numerous applications discharges in biomedicine, recent studies bubbles with liquid electrodes, basic parameters breakdown lacking. curves have been measured by recording voltages currents low-current Townsend regime extrapolating them zero current.
