摘要: Electronic knowledge repositories represent one of the fundamental tools for management (KM) initiatives. Existing research, however, has largely focused on supply-side driven research questions, such as employee motivation to contribute a repository. This turns attention dynamic relationship between issue contribution and demand-side usage, repository systems are successful only extent that their content is actively utilized by organizational members enhance work performance.
