Multiwavelength erbium fiber ring laser using sagnac loop and fabry-perot laser diode

摘要: We propose and demonstrate experimentally a simply multiple-wavelength erbium compound ring fiber laser employing Sagnac interferometer with erbium-doped amplifier (EDFA) Fabry-Perot diode (FP-LD). The proposed has the advantage of structure easy fabrication, lower insertion loss cost-effective. Based on scheme, can lase eight wavelengths simultaneously. Moreover, optical output stability been also discussed.
