摘要: We have simulated the phase decomposition processes in a substitutional bcc binary alloy with crystal anisotropy by using Monte Carlo method combined static variational method. The two-body Johnson-type potentials are used for interactions between constituents. found that difference of vacancy concentrations influences not only growth rate clusters but also process. spinodal took place remarkably relaxed higher concentration vacancies and non-relaxed lower concentration. reason progress is influence other makes migration possible
