摘要: The genus Amorphophallus is an economically important taxon that abundant in Old World tropical forests (Asia, Oceania and Africa). It includes many species are used with increasing frequency as a source of food pharmaceutical products worldwide. konjac economic crop has been widely China Japan for commercial glucomannan (KGM) production. However, the species’ range does not extend to Thailand, where other closely related may be more suitable KGM Present understanding genetic relationships among Thai still limited, connection between evolutionary history content unknown. Here, various accessions spp. collected Thailand investigated using chloroplast trnL-trnF spacer, nuclear ribosomal internal transcribed spacer (ITS) region second intron LEAFY ( FLint2 ) together genome-wide DNA variation analysis, Randomly Amplified Polymorphic (RAPD) technique. RAPD primers also developed quickly efficiently identify producing high levels KGM. This study finds two monophyletic clades include species. analyses indicate primer AC-10 generates specific bands identifying belonging only medium clades.  These can screening tool economical species, aiming at improving industrial production world.
