摘要: The invention discloses a spur gear profile modification method based on thermal elastic deformation of teeth and deflection gear. comprises the following steps: 1, establishing three-dimensional model UG; 2, introducing into finite element software, analyzing coupling under working condition; 3, an overall gearbox 4, stress 5, tooth surface in different directions because comprehensive gearbox, characteristics; 6, taking influence characteristics inside planes to modification; 7, tangent plane account, acquiring curved equation, performing modification. By adopting method, precision high-speed heavy load condition is improved, uniform distribution situation effectively service life prolonged.
