摘要: The reaction rate constants for ${\rm e}{}_{aq}{}^{-}$ and OH with nitrofurazone have been experimentally measured as $2.8\times 10^{10}\ M^{-1}\ {\rm s}^{-1}$ $10.6\times 10^{9}\ respectively by pulse radiolysis techniques. Electron transfer from various substrate radicals to has observed determined. From steady-state yields of "destroyed nitrofurazone", G values determined the destruction this sensitizer separate radical species. Radiation-induced binding DNA importance is discussed in relation radiosensitizing mechanisms. Of tested, those generated reactions pyrimidines were found react most efficiently nitrofurazone.
