摘要: The interaction of polymerizing actin with myosin filaments results in the formation a complex wherein one filament is complexed to six filaments. closely associated are parallel long axis filament, and cross-section an hexagonal array around filament. This structured (“contractile unit”) bipolar organization, demonstrable by decoration heavy meromyosin. herringbone pattern at each end points toward center complex, similar vivo situation sarcomere striated muscle. Formation probably involves unidirectional polymerization actin, strongly suggests “polarity specificity” actin-myosin interaction.
