摘要: In vivo testing of immunosuppressive drugs is possible only in animals and the results cannot be extrapolated to humans. None vitro tests used so far has proved satisfactory. The new method described here sensitive enough for metabolites present human serum after administration drugs. It based on inhibition spontaneous rosette forming cells (RFC), nature formation which may differ from that immune formation. This phenomenon usually supposed result natural antibody producing cells, number RFC mice with sheep red blood (SRBC) more than ten times smaller immunized SRBC1.
