摘要: This paper undertakes a content analysis of the discourse on Open Method Coordination health care (OMC/HC) in order to show how equity and solidarity are increasingly linked optimisation and, as such, neoliberalism frames care. Some side-effects this reframing for politics highlighted: legitimating extending European Union governance, reducing space oppositional formations limited citizenship. The begins by interrogating broader context Lisbon Strategy II, after which techniques OMC/HC its substantive outputs analysed.
