摘要: This paper analyzes whether owners of firms have incentives to delegate their long-run decisions managers or not. The result arising from our analysis shows that do keep (the location the firm) themselves. In this context we show delegation short-run (prices) leads an increase in degree product differentiation with regard case which not hire managers.
