摘要: Fluorescent conjugated polymers have attracted much attention due to their potential applications in flat panel displays. There are few studies on the degradation of PPV film air when irradiated. The photodegradation reaction is a chain scission process involving oxygen yield terminal 4-vinylbenzoic acid groups. of conducting polymer may seriously effect performance electroluminescence devices. In order reduce oxidation vinylene group, vinylic group was cyclized using carbon-containing 5-membered rings. In case PININE, it possible introduce four alkyl groups sp 3 carbons bicycle, which will increase solubility polymer. PININE used as layer for light-emitting diode. PININE shows turn-on voltage 6.5 V, and EL with maximum peak at 477 nm, brightness 2187 cd/m 2 at 12 efficiency 0.34 cd/A 162 mA/cm . change luminescence following irradiation white light on the not observed. When irradiated light, films MEH-PPV showed significantly decreased peaks UV PL. As compared this, stable spectra over same period time.
