摘要: In-room image-guided radiation therapy (IGRT) is the use of imaging in treatment room to improve patient outcomes terms increased tumor control, reduced side effects, and/or improved safety. This chapter discusses and compares different approaches each elements IGRT: in-room technologies, image registration techniques, IGRT correction strategies, position technologies. Additional topics, including for monitoring response treatment, quality assurance, adaptive therapy, preclinical IGRT, are also presented.
