摘要: Stars on the main sequence are expected to be completely convective if their mass lies below a certain value, Mcc. Standard stellar structure codes suggest that Mcc is in range 0.3-0.4 M☉. In present paper we examine several nonstandard additions order quantify effects value of We find by including magnetic field effects, may fall values significantly smaller than standard range. This result interest understanding why coronae and chromospheres active M dwarfs fail exhibit detectable alterations at spectral class M3-M4. The structural properties our models also explain tend have radii larger for Teff or too low radii. Our results lead us predict stars classified as late L T actually masses 0.1-0.15
