摘要: Nicotinamide phoshophoribosyltransferase (NAMPT) plays a key role in the replenishment of NAD pool cells. This turn makes this enzyme an important player bioenergetics and regulation NAD-using enzymes, such as PARPs sirtuins. Furthermore, there is now ample evidence that NAMPT secreted has cytokine. An either intracellular or extracellular form been shown cancer, inflammation, metabolic diseases. The first inhibitors (FK866 CHS828) have already entered clinical trials, surge interest synthesis novel molecules occurred. present review summarizes recent progress field.
