摘要: Barley grain was sprouted hydroponically in the light at 21°C for 1–7 days. Samples were freeze-dried, ground through a 1-mm screen and analyzed proximate nutrients, amino acids, minerals fatty acids. During sprouting, weights of dry matter (DM), starch (NFE) gross energy decreased markedly (P < 0.05). A smaller reduction protein weight also occurred. Weights ash fat increased slightly fibre with sprouting time. Among cystine, glutamic acid proline decreased, whilst aspartic alanine increased. There slight gain Cu, Na Zn due to mineral content water source. The concentration showed significant 0.05) positive relationship growth period. These results indicate that younger sprout, greater its nutrient weight. Thus, it would appear Day 1 sprouts are nutritionally superior 4 which currently being fed livestock. It field-sprouted grain, is analogous terms physical appearance, have minimal loss nutrients.
