摘要: Canadian Extension has reached a critical point: the last 20 years have seen drastic reduction in governmental agricultural services Ontario. This article proposes that breakdown of system been result variety factors. The situation Ontario suggests United States needs to recreate itself: it must address changing profile rural residents, shift program foci and delivery models, document promote its benefits, redefine contribution research system, (re)train experts, use technology creatively, maintain field staff protects role development.
