摘要: Abstract The purification and identification of recombinant hirudin (r‐hirudin) (rHV2‐Lys47) its several C‐terminal proteolytic degradation derivatives, produced by Pichia pastoris, were described. high‐purity rHV2‐Lys47 above 99% three products obtained a straightforward two‐step chromatography procedure, combination cation exchange reverse phase chromatography, with recovery yield 74% for hirudin. purified rHV2 had the predicted N‐terminal amino acid sequence derivatives hirudin, short one to residues at C‐terminal.
