摘要: Two kinds of surfactants,sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA),were used to improve the dispersion graphene in water.It was found that SDS can avoid reunion between layers,which makes evenly dispersed aqueous solution.Graphene(G) Graphene flake films(GF) on surface ITO electrode were prepared via spin-coating with dispersions.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) atomic force microscopy(AFM) results showed two types films represent a yarn shape transparent structure.G/Ru GF/Ru composite membranes also by molecular film self-assembly Ru complex,which characterized cyclic voltammetry(CV) ultraviolet-visible(UV-Vis) spectrometry.The own high activity for absorption sunlight,indicating excellent photoelectric properties.
