摘要: In this paper, a hybrid no-reference blockiness metric along with its calculation method is presented as quantitative distortion measure of blocking artifacts for H.264 advanced video compression standard. Firstly, are obtained by using Sobel operator each block within frame. Spatial masking and temporal effects incorporated into the proposed well. Moreover, quantization parameters from domains extracted taken account in to interpret fact that usually introduced during compressing process. Experimental results demonstrate algorithm can accurately sensitive bit rate
