摘要: Canova is a Brazilian complex homeopathic medication produced from Aconitum, Thuya, Bryonia, Lachesis and Arsenicum. Previous studies demonstrated that induces up-regulation in numbers of leukocytes. The bone marrow microenvironment composed growth factors, stromal cells, extracellular matrix, progenitor cells differentiate into mature blood cells. As it the major site cell formation, we studied vitro effects on mice. Swiss mouse femurs were dissected, cleaned, was flushed. plated, treated or not, incubated for different times processed light, scanning electron, confocal microscopy, also flow cytometry. treatment did not modify expression analyzed surface markers cytokine production. All microscopy techniques showed monocytic lineage (CD11b+) (adherent cells) activated by treatment. increased clusters over adherent suggesting proliferation areas.
