摘要: The quantity and subclass distribution of IgA produced by the human uterine cervix may have a significant impact on defence against sexually transmitted diseases as well regulation fertility. Cervical mucus was obtained from 15 normal ovulating women around time ovulation. total amounts secreted (including IgA1 IgA2), IgG, IgM were determined ELISA. detected at high levels in all samples cervical mucus.
