摘要: The quantity and subclass distribution of IgA produced by the human uterine cervix may have a significant impact on defence against sexually transmitted diseases as well regulation fertility. Cervical mucus was obtained from 15 normal ovulating women around time ovulation. total amounts secreted (including IgA1 IgA2), IgG, IgM were determined ELISA. detected at high levels in all samples cervical mucus. When ovulation ascertained daily urinary luteinizing hormone testing, production maximal 2–3 days before Equal proportions IgA2 mucus, 80% occurred polymeric forms. increased IgA, ratios to IgA2, predominance indicate that much fluid originates local production.
