摘要: A rapid, selective, and sensitive kinetic flow-injection method for iodide content determination with amperometric detection on a platinum electrode was developed. The is based the catalytic effect of Mn3+ reaction As3+ in presence sulfuric acid. calibration curve linear concentration range from 5.0 × 10-7 to 1.0 10-4 mol/L iodide. limit (LOD) found be 10-9 relative standard deviations (RSD) were 1.68% 3.03% 10-3 10-6 solution (n = 6), respectively. has been successfully applied waters, table salts, fodder, organic substances human blood sera. results compared those obtained by AOAC (Association Official Analytical Chemists) method, as well spectrophotometric procedure
