摘要: Abstract The effect of sciatic nerve transection on the cutaneous and muscle nutritive blood flow in hind limb rabbits was studied. Vessel permeability to albumin measured with 125I-labeled human serum periodically during 2 weeks after transection. Cutaneous 133Xe washout technique. Two days a decrease observed. maximum drop occurred seventh day. A sharp increase observed denervated leg starting fourth day Microscopic examination shows that peripheral injury is responsible for structure disorders corresponding albumin.
