摘要: The basic optical properties and constants of the ionomer thin film have been investigated by means transmittance reflectance spectra. real (n) imaginary (k) parts complex refractive index dielectric constant were determined. oscillator energy Eo, dispersion Ed other parameters determined Wemple– DiDomenico method. band gap Eg was absorption spectra show that mechanism is a direct transition. most significant result present study to determine film.
