摘要: Abstract There are found different established methods for measuring the frequency of an unknown microwave signal. Several resonating and electronic where a is measured with good performances, each method has its own advantage. Here in this communication authors propose new concept joint uses reflecting semiconductor optical amplifier (RSOA) electro-optic Pockel cell. To measure known source variable calibrated also required. Then help RSOA material one can find more accurately than that any conventional mechanism. This extend high degree accuracy as optics used to frequency. As signal million time greater therefore measurement achieved. The takes role phase modulation splitting wave into several frequencies.
