摘要: The persistence of cooperation in public goods situations has become an important puzzle for researchers. This paper considers the threshold games where option insurance is provided players from standpoint diversification risk, envisaging possibility multiple strategies such scenarios. In this setting, provision point defined terms minimum number contributors one game, below which game fails. presence risk and insurance, more contributions are motivated if (1) only cooperators can opt to be insured thus their contribution loss aborted (partly or full) covered by insurance; (2) obtain larger compensation, at lower values (the required contributors). Moreover, results suggest dominance defectors who get a better promotion profitable benefits insurance. We provide extensive computer simulations realm spatial (random regular networks scale-free here), support study with analytical well-mixed populations. Our expected establish causal link between widespread altruistic behaviors existing system.
