摘要: Disclosed is a process for accumulating poly-3-hydroxy butyric acid in bacterial cells by continuously fermenting methanol-assimilating bacterium having capability of producing acid, single fermentation vessel using methanol as carbon source at limited feeding rate nitrogen, phosphorus, or potassium such that the retention time more than 10 hours.
