摘要: Batch growth studies with pure cultures of Acinetobacter johnsoniiT and johnsonii strain 210 on various media formulations were used to examine the effects micronutrient composition rate microbial populations in wastewater treatment systems. On nutrient rich Luria-Bertani medium, both strains A. grew a doubling time approximately 30 min. defined, minimal medium acetate as sole carbon source, was 9.62 h 210a 2.6 h. Using synthetic type had 56 The concentration redox state iron appeared be principle limiting factors higher times occurring containing ferric compared ferrous iron. Additionally, grab samples from batch experiments analyzed oligonucleotide hybridization probes targeting mature 16S ribosomal RNA (rRNA) precursor rRNA spp. Results showed that levels responded more rapidly greater extent than total changes media. Precursor increased when overnight diluted fresh supplements added growing cultures. Our results show influent can have significant impact community structure
